Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of the AWC7E application, website, and related communication services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AWC7E, you agree to these Terms and any applicable policies. If you use AWC7E on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind or act for that company.
2. Nature of the Service
AWC7E is a multi-tenant communication platform. Independent companies use the platform to communicate with and support their own customers. AWC7E does not itself sell the third-party products or services discussed in participating-company conversations.
3. Accounts and Access
- You must provide accurate account information.
- You are responsible for protecting account credentials and devices.
- You must promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
- You may access only workspaces, customers, and conversations you are authorised to use.
4. Company Responsibilities
Participating companies are responsible for their services, customer relationships, staff permissions, communications, legal notices, regulatory obligations, and the lawfulness of content processed through their workspaces.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not use AWC7E to:
- Violate laws, regulations, rights, or contractual duties.
- Harass, threaten, exploit, defraud, or impersonate others.
- Upload malware, harmful code, or unlawfully obtained content.
- Attempt to bypass access controls or access another company's workspace.
- Interfere with platform availability, security, or performance.
- Use automated methods to scrape or overload the service without permission.
- Record or share voice or personal data without appropriate authority or notice.
6. User Content
You retain rights you hold in content submitted through AWC7E. You grant AWC7E the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content for operating the service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and authority to submit the content.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed. Participating companies may provide additional privacy notices applicable to their own customer relationships.
8. Third-Party Services
AWC7E may depend on third-party hosting, notification, storage, communications, or monitoring services. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
9. Availability and Changes
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, material breach, abuse, or protection of users and the platform. A participating company may also remove access for its users.
11. Intellectual Property
AWC7E, its branding, software, design, and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for permitted use of the service, no rights are transferred to users.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AWC7E is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties that cannot be reasonably guaranteed, including uninterrupted availability and fitness for a particular purpose, except where such exclusions are prohibited.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AWC7E and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the platform. Any liability that cannot be excluded will be limited to the extent permitted by law.
14. Indemnity
Where permitted by law, participating companies and users agree to be responsible for claims arising from their unlawful use of AWC7E, their content, their services, or their violation of these Terms or third-party rights.
15. Governing Terms and Law
These Terms may be supplemented by a commercial agreement between AWC7E and a participating company. If there is a conflict, that agreement may control for the relevant organisation. The governing law and dispute forum should be specified in the applicable commercial agreement or by the AWC7E legal entity before publication.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
